    • Location: Home games are played at Kelly McGregor Field at Blue Sky All-Star Park.

    • Address: 200 South Harlan Street, Lakewood CO 80226.

    • Gates: Gates officially open at 3:30 PM.

    • Parking: A FREE parking lot is located north of the field off of S. Harlan Street.

    • Parking Rules: Please ensure you only park in designated parking spots.

    • Accessibility: The venue is fully ADA accessible.

    • Single-Game Tickets: Available for purchase directly at the main gate.

    • Pricing: Tickets are $8 per adult and $5 per kid (12 & under).

    • The Jax Value Pack ($44): This package includes four game tickets, four hot dogs, four drinks, and four bags of chips. Available for home games on June 3, June 7, June 22, June 25, and July 26. Purchase here: Jax Value Pack‍ ‍Redemption: Simply bring your emailed receipt to the game, and our staff will verify your Value Pack tickets upon arrival.

    • Payment: We are a completely cashless venue.

    • Prohibited Items: No glass, no alcohol, no pets, and no gum are allowed inside.

    • Outside Food: No outside food or drinks are permitted.

    • A game is considered an official game if 4.5 innings (if the Lumberjax are leading) or 5 full innings have been played.

    • If a game is postponed or canceled prior to becoming official due to rain or severe weather, your ticket will automatically serve as a rain check.

    • Exchange Value: Rain checks can be exchanged for a ticket to any remaining 2026 regular-season home game at Kelly McGregor Field at Blue Sky All-Star Park, subject to availability.

    • No Refunds: As is standard across baseball, we do not offer cash or credit refunds for postponed or canceled games.

    • Value Packs & Promos: If you purchased a Jax Value Pack, the game tickets included in your pack are eligible for exchange. Any food or beverage portions that were already redeemed prior to the cancellation cannot be exchanged.

    • Tickets can be exchanged directly at the main gate on the date of the future game you wish to attend.

    • Simply bring your emailed receipt to the game, and our staff will verify your tickets upon arrival to process the exchange.

    • Because we play in a stadium without lights, all games starting at 4:30 PM are subject to natural lighting conditions.

    • For the safety of our athletes, the home plate umpire holds the sole authority to pause, suspend, or officially call a game if darkness makes on-field visibility unsafe.

    • If a game is called due to darkness after it has become an official game (4.5 innings if the Lumberjax are leading, or 5 full innings), the game is considered complete and the current score becomes final.

    • If a game is called due to darkness prior to becoming official, it will be treated under our standard weather policy.

    • Your ticket will automatically serve as a voucher that can be exchanged at the main gate for a ticket to any remaining 2026 regular-season home game, subject to availability.
