He is committed to creating opportunities for student-athletes while delivering a first-class baseball experience for players, fans and partners.
BOYD ERICKSON
Boyd Erickson is a sports creative executive with extensive experience across revenue generation, creative leadership, ticket sales, and team operations. Throughout his career, he has helped sports organizations grow their audiences and strengthen connections with their communities through innovative business and content strategies. As a co-owner of the Lumberjax, Boyd focuses on showcasing the Jax brand in a premium way to create memorable experiences for fans across Colorado.
JAIME KELM
Jaime Kelm is a sports business and analytics professional with experience across properties at all levels. His background spans business intelligence, ticketing, partnerships, fan engagement and revenue strategy, earning recognition as part of multiple league-wide award-winning analytics and business teams. As a co-owner of the Lumberjax, Jaime oversees business operations and strategic growth initiatives while helping create meaningful opportunities for the next generation of sports industry professionals.

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT INTERN
Madison Schiffer is a Sports & Entertainment Management student at Grand Canyon University with experience in social media, event operations, and sports marketing. She has interned with Major League Baseball, Position Sports, and Peoria Sports Complex, supporting game day operations, fan engagement, and digital content. Madison also serves as Vice President of GCU Motorsports.

Sam Hollobow is a Sports and Entertainment Management student at the University of South Carolina with an Entrepreneurship minor and experience in ticket sales, corporate hospitality, and event operations. She has worked with PGA of America at the Ryder Cup and PGA Championship, as well as the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, where she managed client experiences, ticket sales, and fan engagement. Samantha is passionate about creating memorable experiences and building a career in the sports industry.

Ethan LaFave is a Sports Producer and Student Broadcaster at Ithaca College. Passionate about sports media and storytelling, Ethan brings experience in live production, broadcasting, video content creation, and digital media while continuing to grow his skills in sports communication and media operations.

GAMEDAY OPPERATIONS INTERN
Addison Jaeger is a student at Gonzaga University with experience in sports operations, hospitality, and event support. She has worked at the NCAA Basketball Women’s Sweet 16 and Elite 8, along with local organizations including CHSAA, Cherry Hills Country Club, and the YMCA, building strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Addison is passionate about creating positive experiences and continuing to grow within the sports business industry.
